# Senior engineering help, for a decision, a project or a team.

Some teams need a product built. Some need a second opinion before a big decision. Some need another senior engineer next week. Royan AB offers all three, in English or Swedish, remotely or on site in Stockholm.

What you can ask us for

## Reviews and advice with a fixed scope.

Each review has a fixed scope and ends with a written report: what we found, what we recommend and what to do first.

### AI and RAG readiness review

We look at your data, your use cases and your risks, and tell you which AI features are worth building and in which order.

### Architecture review

A review of your system design before a rewrite, a scale-up or a new platform. You get risks, options and a recommendation.

### Android and iOS code audit

We read the code, the build and the release process, and list risks, outdated dependencies and quick wins by priority.

### AI security testing

We attack your AI features with prompt injection, poisoned documents and unsafe tool calls, then propose guardrails and monitoring.

### Build or buy for AI features

A comparison of ready products and a custom build for your case, with cost, lock-in and data-protection effects.

### Mentoring and code review

Regular sessions with your developers on mobile or AI engineering, and review of the code they write.

Three ways to work with us

## Build, advise or embed.

It starts with a 30-minute call about your goals. After that we propose the form that fits.

### Build

For a product you need built

We take an app, an agent or a platform from idea to launch: architecture, design, development, testing and release.

- Fixed scope or milestones
- A working demo every week
- Code, docs and accounts are yours

### Advise

For a big technical decision

Architecture reviews, code audits and AI strategy from engineers who have shipped what you are planning.

- Fixed scope, agreed in writing
- Written report with priorities
- A call to go through the findings

### Embed

For a team that needs senior capacity

A senior engineer inside your team, in your tools and rituals, for as long as you need one.

- Mobile or AI engineering
- Mentoring and code review
- Remote, or on site in Stockholm

FAQ

## Questions about consulting.

### How does a consulting engagement work?

It starts with a 30-minute call about your goals. After that we propose a fixed-scope review, a project with milestones, or a senior engineer embedded in your team, whichever fits.

### Who does the work?

A senior engineer. The person on the first call is the person who does the work. There is no hand-off to a junior team.

### Where do you work?

Royan AB is in Nacka, Stockholm. We work with clients across Sweden and the EU, remotely or on site in Stockholm, in English or Swedish.

### How do you charge?

We agree on the form and the price in writing before work starts: a fixed-scope review, a project with milestones, or time for an embedded engineer. Royan AB is registered for Swedish VAT.

### How fast can you start?

We reply within one working day. The start date depends on the scope, and we agree on it in the first call.
