Questions about consulting.
How does a consulting engagement work?
It starts with a 30-minute call about your goals. After that we propose a fixed-scope review, a project with milestones, or a senior engineer embedded in your team, whichever fits.
Who does the work?
A senior engineer. The person on the first call is the person who does the work. There is no hand-off to a junior team.
Where do you work?
Royan AB is in Nacka, Stockholm. We work with clients across Sweden and the EU, remotely or on site in Stockholm, in English or Swedish.
How do you charge?
We agree on the form and the price in writing before work starts: a fixed-scope review, a project with milestones, or time for an embedded engineer. Royan AB is registered for Swedish VAT.
How fast can you start?
We reply within one working day. The start date depends on the scope, and we agree on it in the first call.
